Shipping & Delivery Policy for Cathance Mobile Homes Effective Date: August 4, 2025

This policy explains our process for delivering mobile homes purchased from Cathance Mobile Homes. We aim to make your new home’s transition as seamless and transparent as possible.

1. Order Processing Time All mobile home orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. This period allows for internal verification, initial paperwork, and preparation of your order for scheduling. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Delivery Services & Flat Rate Shipping Cost

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate shipping cost of $2,850 applies to all mobile home purchases within the contiguous United States. This fixed charge covers the specialized transportation of your new home to your prepared lot.

  • Initial Setup: Initial on-site setup (e.g., leveling, securing the home to the ground) is also typically included with your delivery. Specific setup details will be confirmed with you prior to finalization.

3. Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes for mobile homes are dependent on destination, permitting requirements, and specialized transport scheduling.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically ranges between 7 to 21 business days from the date your order is dispatched for transport.

  • Scheduling: Our delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate specific delivery dates and times once your home is ready for transport.

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation and estimated tracking details (if applicable) once your home is dispatched.

4. Tracking & Order Updates Due to the specialized nature of mobile home transport, traditional real-time tracking may vary. However, we will provide regular updates via phone or email once your home is in transit, keeping you informed of its progress until delivery.

5. Delivery Locations We proudly offer delivery services throughout the contiguous United States. For any inquiries about specific delivery challenges or remote locations, please contact us directly.

6. Delivery Condition & Damage Inspection Upon delivery of your mobile home, a thorough inspection of the unit’s condition is crucial.

  • Inspection: You (or an authorized representative) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the home for any visible damage or discrepancies.

  • Reporting Damage: Any damage observed upon delivery must be noted directly on the delivery paperwork before signing. Additionally, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery to report any concealed damage or issues discovered shortly after delivery. We will work with you to address verified issues in accordance with your warranty and our commitment to quality.

7. Site Readiness It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their intended mobile home site is properly prepared, permitted, and accessible for delivery and setup prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery and additional charges.
