- Late Payments: Payments not received by the stipulated due date will be subject to additional fees as specified in your Lease Agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment.
- Returned Payments: A fee will be charged for any returned payments (e.g., NSF checks, failed bank transfers) due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
- Continued Non-Payment: Repeated late or non-payment may lead to further action in accordance with your Lease Agreement and applicable Maine state laws, including potential eviction proceedings.

We prioritize the security of your financial data. All online payments processed through our website are handled by reputable, secure, and encrypted third-party payment platforms.
